Fifth Town Take Shape!
The structural framing for the Fifth Town Cheese factory was completed earlier this week, and the floor slab for the underground cheese aging caves was poured. The contractor expects to waterproof the building in ealry December and be ready for insulation and finishes shorthly thereafter. Cheese production is scheduled to start in late February.
