Loyalist Parkway

This compact house is phase two of a previous project (Vineyard Loft), linking the two structures together with a covered walkway. The single-pitch shed roof of the new house is accentuated by a large timber-supported overhang on the south side Views at all heights are focused or enhanced by the use of coloured glass, angled bay windows and windows placed at awkward heights. Walls and guards double at bookcase throughout the lofty interior.
