Skiff Cove Residence Begins Construction
Construction on the 2900 sf Skiff Cove House has begun. The new home overlooks Lake Ontario from atop a 20 ft high limestone cliff that runs the length of Skiff Cove in Prince Edward County. The form was derived from the client's desire to get as near to the edge as possible, while still providing protection from the crashing waves, the wind off the lake, and a private courtyard setting.
