Lake Simcoe house

Keswick, Ontario

Set on a peninsula at the south end of Cook’s Bay in Lake Simcoe, this large timber and stone house enjoys views of the Lake on three sides, and a historic canal on the south side. Large timber trusses dominate the vaulted ceilings of the living room and great room, each culminating in a large stone fireplace. The second floor is generally unfinished and can accommodate four more bedrooms, while the upper portion of the garage serves as the maid’s quarters.
