This 4,600 square foot artisan cheese facility in Prince Edward County is Platinum certified under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system. Designed in conjunction with the development of the Fifthtown brand, the manufacturing, retail and educational spaces are evocative of the handmade cheeses, integrating traditional production methods with a contemporary spirit.
